By accessing or using DivideStock.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. These Terms are a binding contract between you and DivideStock.
2. Accounts
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in fraud. We are not required to give prior notice.

3. Licenses
You purchase a license to use an image, not ownership of the file.
  • Regular License: Unlimited digital use, up to 500,000 print copies. No commercial merchandise, packaging, or digital templates.
  • Extended License: Unlimited prints, allows merchandise resale, website templates, and product packaging.
  • Both licenses prohibit: Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing raw files on stock sites, torrents, or file-sharing platforms.

4. AI-Generated Content
Some assets may be created with generative AI. We grant commercial use under our licenses, but you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not have full copyright protection under current laws. We cannot guarantee exclusive ownership rights.
5. Payments & Refunds
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You are responsible for all fees and taxes.
  • No refunds due to the nature of digital downloads. If a file is corrupted, contact us for a replacement.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
  • Use bots or scrapers to download images in bulk.
  • Use assets to train AI, machine learning, or neural networks without our written consent.
  • Attempt to breach site security or disrupt service.

7. Disclaimers & Liability
  • All images and services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific license in dispute.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Your continued use means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
