How do I download my purchased images?
Immediately after completing your checkout, a high-resolution download link will appear on your screen. You will also receive an automated email containing secure backup download links.
Can I re-download an image I already bought?
Yes. If you created an account during checkout, you can log in at any time, navigate to your Account Dashboard, and view your complete Purchase History to re-download your files for free.
What file formats do you provide?
Our images are provided in high-quality, uncompressed digital formats—primarily high-resolution JPG or PNG—optimized for both digital screen layouts and crisp physical printing. File specifications are listed on each product page.
? Licensing & Commercial Use
What is the difference between a Regular and Extended License?
- Regular License (Basic): For digital use (websites, social media, apps) and standard print runs up to 500,000 physical copies. You cannot use the image on products for resale.
- Extended License (Premium): For unlimited physical print runs and commercial products intended for resale (such as merchandise, t-shirts, mugs, presentation templates, or retail packaging).
Can I use your images for client work?
Yes. You can purchase a license to use our images in projects you build for your clients. However, the license stays tied to the buyer. If multiple clients want to use the same raw file independently, a separate license must be purchased for each.
Can I modify or edit the images I download?
Yes. You are fully permitted to crop, change colors, overlay text, add filters, or combine our images with other design elements to fit your creative project.
? AI-Generated Content
Are these images created using Artificial Intelligence?
Yes. Many of our highly technical, futuristic, and conceptual assets are generated or enhanced using advanced AI design tools, then hand-vetted and upscaled for maximum resolution.
Is it safe to use these AI images commercially?
Absolutely. When you purchase a Regular or Extended License from us, you receive full commercial permission to use the image within the rules of that tier. Our terms explicitly grant you peaceful, worldwide commercial deployment.

What is your refund policy?
Because digital files are downloaded instantly to your device and cannot be returned, all sales on DivideStock.com are final and non-refundable.
My file is corrupted or won't open. What should I do?
Do not worry! If you experience a download error or a broken file, please email us right away at support@dividestock.com with your Order ID, and our team will manually send you a fresh, verified replacement copy.
